Gallberry Honey is a unique, delicious varietal from the plains and swamps of Georgia and Florida. It is one of our premium limited edition honeys. These honeys are harvested and produced in seasonal small batches only. Very thick in texture and lightly sweet, with a slightly "funky" floral aroma and taste, Gallberry Honey is perfect as an all-purpose sweetener for your pantry. Delicious with sharp cheddar cheese, drizzled over roasted onions and vegetables, and used in baking.
