Lavender and Chamomile Tea
Lavender Chamomile Tea is naturally caffeine-free and a great way to wind down from a busy day. Serve this tea cold or hot depending on your desire.
- 2 c hot water
- 6 bags lavender and chamomile tea
- 1 tsp. Waxing Kara Honey (I like our blueberry honey for this recipe)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
Boil water, pour over 6 tea bags, or if loose leaf, follow the instructions that came with steeper.
Allow lavender and chamomile tea to steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags or steeper.
Add honey and lime.
Garnish with mint or dried lavender.
Allow to cool.
