Chia Seed Overnight Oats
This quick chia seed overnight oats recipe is easy to make for breakfast and perfect if you are on-the-go. With everything else, and all the other morning tasks who has time to put make a nutritious breakfast anymore? The answer is, you do.
- 1/4 c oats Rolled
- 1/4 c yogurt Greek
- 1/2 c almond milk Unsweetened
- dash Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. Waxing Kara Honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
Stir together and cover.
Leave in jar overnight, allowing the oats to soak up all the liquid.
In the morning add sliced banana, peaches or berries in season. Experiment.
