  • 3/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Waxing Kara Honey
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 roasted garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground ginger root
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in glass bowl
  • Whisk until emulsified
  • Provide as dipping sauce for artichokes after grilling
