  • chicken leg quarters with skin
  • tbsp.  garlic fresh minced
  • 1/3  olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2  orange juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash black pepper


  • orange juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/4  Waxing Kara Honey
  • 1/4  cilantro minced fresh
  • tbsp. rosemary minced fresh
  • tbsp. parsley minced fresh
  • tbsp. thyme minced fresh
  • 1 tsp. molasses blackstrap
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash sea salt


  • In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, orange juice salt and pepper
  • In a large resealable plastic bag add the chicken pieces pour mixture over chicken shake to coat. Let it rest for most of the day in fridge.
  • On the stove top, simmer the glaze ingredients for a few minutes until it just begins to thicken.
  • Heat the grill
  • Grill chicken, basting occasionally and turning 40 to 50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165° F
  • Remove food from the grill when it reaches the desired internal temperature.
  • Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
