  • 1 c peanut butter organic, room temp or warm
  • 1/4 c water warm
  • 1/3 c Waxing Kara Honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c oats gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 c flax seeds


  • Mix peanut butter, water, honey, salt and vanilla in a bowl until well mixed.
  • Add oats, coconut, chia, flax and blend until well mixed. Use your hands.
  • With hands roll to form 1″ balls.
