Lemon, Ginger and Turmeric Tea with Honey

Ingredients

  • Turmeric root
  • Ginger root
  • 1 tsp Waxing Kara Honey
  • Lemon sliced

Instructions

  • Cut off a 1/2 inch piece of each root.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin from the root, and then thinly slice into a tall mug.
  • Pour boiling hot water on top of sliced roots.
  • Allow to steep for 12 minutes, no need to strain.
  • Add a teaspoon of Eastern Shore Honey and serve with a lemon wedge.
