Rose Honey Infusion

  • 30  pieces edible rose petals organic completely dry
  • 1/2  Waxing Kara Honey


  • Place rose petals in glass jar, add honey to cover. Add more rose petals, add more honey. Make sure that the roses are completely covered. Allow to steep for a few days before serving. At the time of serving, you may strain the petals from the honey, or leave them in for added texture and aroma.


Please note: To be sure that your organic rose petals are free of insects, you may place them in a plastic bag and place them in the freezer. That will kill any bugs. Be sure that they are completely thawed and completely dry before making this infusion.
