Surprise Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Jump to Recipe

It'd be a shame if you had boycotters of this vegan chocolate pudding just because the main ingredient is green. Save the surprise for after it's gone.

This vegan chocolate pudding recipe is plant-based and that’s one of the surprise. It’s so delicious that it would be a shame if you had boycotters at the table that think that avocado belongs on salad and not in dessert. That’s the other surprise. That’s why we named this recipe surprise vegan chocolate pudding. Nobody but YOU needs to know the surprise and you can save the surprise for later after all of the chocolate pudding is gone!

Here’s the plan, get everyone excited about dessert, present these beautiful pudding cups that you’ve perfectly garnished with your favorite nuts, hemp hulls, whatever you wish, and after everyone’s all finished, let them know the surprise chocolate pudding is made with avocado! Inspired by my good friend Joyce Wallace.

Nobody has to know what the surprise is in this vegan chocolate pudding. Ever.

Everyone will get over it. Promise. Especially with a full and satisfied stomach. You’ll eat less when you’re satisfied. That’s the idea behind eating plant-based fats. Not all fat is bad for you. As long as you lead an active lifestyle, plant-based fats turn into energy and provide you and your body with energy to burn before it turns into the kind of fat that is unhealthy for you or makes it hard to fit into your skinny jeans!

I noticed that avocado became more popular in our household after the secret was out. We even use it today in place of mayo on our sandwiches, and I never thought that would ever happen.

Enjoy this guilt-free recipe. If you decide to make this Surprise Vegan Chocolate Pudding recipe, be sure to take a photo and share them with us using #waxingkararecipes on Instagram. We love seeing your photos!
