Eastern Shore Thanksgiving Feast

It wouldn’t be a Waxing Kara Thanksgiving if everything on the menu didn’t feature Eastern Shore Honey! Honey is the perfect way to tie all the bits of your Thanksgiving Feast together-it’s equally fantastic in both sweet and savory dishes, giving richness to anything you can concoct.

To celebrate autumn and Thanksgiving, we’d like to share with you our favorite bee-inspired dishes. While we can’t say that these are all simple, what’s Thanksgiving if there isn’t at least a little hassle in the kitchen? All joking aside, enjoy this Bee Inspired Thanksgiving Feast!

Mulled Wine is a warm, spicy drink that captures all of the flavors of fall. A perfect way to start off your dinner!

Make a batch of our Spicy Honey Nut Mix to keep on your table for snacking. It’s a healthy alternative to chips and other prepackaged snacks that you won’t feel guilty about munching on.

Eastern Shore Cornbread served with honey butter is a great addition to your feast. Our cornbread is sweet, rich, and oh so decadent.

Acorn Squash Salad can be made as a hearty side, and there’s so much room to play with what you toss together! Try adding dried cranberries or roasted turkey to make it a whole meal.

Honey Cranberry Relish is surprisingly simple to make. Prepare it a day or two ahead of your feast to take a little pressure off of the rest of your cooking!
