Sweetheart Martini Recipe

Sweetheart Martini is a beautiful valentine's day recipe

This sweetheart martini recipe is made with an edible rose honey infusion. Red roses proclaim “I love you.” They are the ultimate symbol of romantic love and enduring passion. Perfectly paired with raw Blueberry Honey from the Jersey shore this martini will certainly set the tone for a romantic Valentine’s evening.

This was my first time infusing honey with botanicals. Be sure you are buying edible roses. We found these edible rose petals to use for this martini recipe. They are not easy to find. For the sake of food safety, be sure to store in an airtight glass container and refrigerate leftovers. Discard after about a week.

Garnish your dinner salad with some of the unused edible red rose petals.
