Raw Peanut Butter Balls

Raw Peanut Butter Balls

This raw peanut butter balls recipe is an oldie but a goodie. I first published a no bake peanut butter ball recipe a couple years back and lots of you wrote about how much you enjoyed the recipe. This take includes flax seeds, a rich source of micronutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid. The seeds come from flax, one of the oldest fiber crops in the world.

These raw peanut butter balls are a delicious and guilt-free treat. Keep them in an air-tight container in your freezer.

We also added chia seeds packed with omega-3 fatty acids, with nearly five grams in a one-ounce serving. These fats are important for brain health. Tastes great, keeps everything moving, makes you smarter and bee inspired. All good.
