Nine Recipes for National Vegetarian Month

We’ve compiled some of our favorite Vegetarian Recipes to celebrate National Vegetarian Month. Did you know that October is National Vegetarian Month? Eating a plant-based diet is so good for your health. Making simple changes to reduce animal products and increase the number of greens you eat can improve cholesterol, leading to a healthier heart. There are other benefits to skin, hair, and nails also. If you aren’t a full-time vegetarian, why not try a plant-based diet once a year?
