At times, we all crave comforting and delicious food, especially after a long day. With so many options out there, it can be hard to choose! But look no further than our classic Honey-Glazed Meatloaf recipe, with an extra special twist of cutting the normal ground beef with flavorful turkey. Not only is this recipe healthier, but it's also incredibly easy and quick to make, requiring only a simple mixing process and then straight to the oven or slow cooker. And the best part? You can easily add your own flair to this tasty dish!

The honey glaze on this meatloaf is spicy-sweet, thanks to the mix of our very own Eastern Shore Honey and chili sauce.

Since this goes into the oven, use dark honey it brings out the flavor in the meat. Buckwheat Honey is perfect for this dish. Have fun and try something different!Make a complete comfort food meal by serving this recipe with grilled vegetables or sweet potatoes. It's also good the next day, sliced onto crusty bread and topped with melted cheese, greens, and fresh onion!

How to Make Meatloaf Recipe

  • Gather all of the ingredients you will need to make this recipe.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Blend all meatloaf ingredients (excluding the panko, ground turkey and beef) together in a blender until well blended.
  • In a large bowl, pour blended vegetable mixture on top of the beef and turkey combination. Add Panko. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Place the meatloaf mixture in a non-stick pan and form into a loaf shape about 4″ wide x 3″ high.
  • Cover with foil to create a seal.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Mix glaze by combining ingredients well with hand-mixer.
  • Remove foil, pour honey glaze over meatloaf and bake an additional 20 minutes or until meatloaf reaches 165 degrees.
  • Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle with fresh parsley when served.

  • Serve with roasted potatoes.
  • Turn up the heat with green chili peppers in the meat blend.
