One of our favorite honey to use for grilling is Orange Blossom. This honey is very thick and almost buttery and makes a beautiful glaze. Blueberry Honey is equally good and can be blended with olive oil, seasonings, and lemon juice for chicken or fish. We will always share ways to use honey with every meal.
