This year, treat dad to a delicious Father’s Day Dinner. To make planning easier, we’ve compiled some of our favorite recipes that we think dad will love. Each and every recipe listed below have been tested, and sampled, by us. It seems that most dads like to be king-of-the-grill, offering hot dogs and steaks or whole fish and kabobs. We’re also big fans of the grill! We find that using our Eastern Shore Honey on the grill is amazing. The sweetness and sugar in the honey will caramelize and develop a rich smokey flavor in the heat.
One of our favorite honey to use for grilling is Orange Blossom. This honey is very thick, and almost buttery, and makes a beautiful glaze. Blueberry Honey is equally as good and can be blended with olive oil, seasonings, and lemon juice for chicken or fish. At Waxing Kara we are always sharing ways to use honey with every meal.
