We gathered some of our favorite Bee Inspired® cookie recipes to celebrate National Cookie Month. Everyone loves sugar cookies! We’ve created a few of our recipes and reached out to a few experts to mix it up a bit. One of the best things about making cookies is that there are so many different recipes, and you can adapt these recipes however you wish. Large or small, soft or crunchy, perfectly shaped or just round, it’s up to you! Add dried fruits and chopped nuts for texture, roll the cookie dough in sugar or sprinkle with honey crystals to make them unique. If you want to use natural sugar, you can swap up to a cup of sugar with honey; check out this baking with a honeyguide for more tips.
I vote we start with cookies for breakfast.
What’s that, you say? Cookies for breakfast? Whoever thought of that must be smart! These breakfast cookies are almost good for you. Well, better for you than the non-breakfast kind. My favorite way to enjoy them is with a nice oat milk latte or an iced cold latte.

Baking tip: One great way to have freshly baked cookies on hand is to roll the dough into balls and freeze them in an airtight container. This way, you can quickly and easily throw a few onto a baking sheet and pop them in the oven whenever you want a plate of freshly baked cookies! Our cookie recipes featured here are made with Eastern Shore Honey, nature’s sweetener.
No-Pipe Sugar Cookies

Cut-out sugar cookies are so temperamental.
Lucky for us, Sally of Sally’s Baking Addiction mastered the perfect recipe. After months of trial and error, Sally created a soft-centered, slightly crisp-edged roll-out sugar cookie. A cookie that keeps its cookie cutter shape in the oven, without any crazy ingredients, is accessible and approachable for everyone.
