Our brownie sundae is perfect if you’re in the mood for a decadent dessert that will make your meal unforgettable. This dessert will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth with its rich, dark chocolate flavor. Just be warned: if you try to stick to a healthy diet, you may want to skip this one! But if you’re looking to treat yourself and your loved ones, especially celebrating Valentine’s Day, our Sexy Brownie Sundae is a surefire hit. After all, what better way to say “I love you” than with chocolate?
If you want the perfect brownie, you’ll want one that is both chewy and dense but still crumbly. The last thing you want is a dry, spongy brownie! Using honey in the batter is one secret to keeping your brownies moist as they bake. Just be aware that honey caramelizes faster than cane sugar, so you’ll need to keep a closer eye on your baking time and temperature to avoid burning. Despite this extra attention, these brownies are still easy to make and only require about 20 minutes of prep time.
Be sure to pick up your favorite vanilla ice cream and heavy cream to complete this sundae. Whip up the heavy cream with a tablespoon of Eastern Shore Honey for an extra surprise. Top the brownies with ice cream, honey whipped cream, and this amazing Honey Peanut Fudge Sauce to make it even sweeter.
Is it possible to improve on the perfect creation that is chocolate? Yes! Here are some of our favorite Bee Inspired suggestions to make these brownies even better:
