Berry Nutty Overnight Oats
- 1 banana
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 2 tbsp. cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp. Waxing Kara Honey
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 c oats
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
Add the banana, blueberries, nuts, honey, and milk to a blender, blend until smooth, and empty into a mixing bowl. Fold in oats, chia and flax seeds.
Spoon into Weck or Ball jar, or ramekins. Fill to top. Top with cocoa nibs or fresh fruit.
Leave in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning.
