  • banana
  • 1/2  blueberries
  • tbsp.  cashew nuts
  • tbsp.  Waxing Kara Honey
  • almond milk
  • oats
  • tbsp.  chia seeds
  • tbsp.  ground flax seeds


  • Add the banana, blueberries, nuts, honey, and milk to a blender, blend until smooth, and empty into a mixing bowl. Fold in oats, chia and flax seeds.
  • Spoon into Weck or Ball jar, or ramekins. Fill to top. Top with cocoa nibs or fresh fruit.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning.
