How to Make Banana Yogurt Muffins

One: Get organized

Please get started by preheating your oven to 375 F, preparing muffin tins, and setting them aside.

Two: Mix ingredients

Whisk together oatmeal, flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, yogurt, bananas, honey, and oil. Add dry ingredients with wet ingredients combining well without overmixing. Fold in nuts.

Three: Bake ingredients

Divide batter into paper-lined muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven, allow to sit for 10-15 minutes, and cool on a wire rack.

  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 c greek yogurt

  • 1/4 c walnut pieces

  1. i have these in the oven now! the batter tastes yummy :). i substituted buckwheat flour for the tapioca and almond flours. everything else stayed the same. thanks for sharing recipe.
